A very reliable, fast and affordable cargo company for Bicol. The staff are all friendly and help you in embarking on your packages. They do have break time at 12nn but they still have 2 counters open to continue their service.

Staff are accommodating but looking for a parking place is hard
Wait time is relatively fine at most days, it might differ whether what type of appointment you proceed on. It'd be better to drop off your package than park your vehicle on there. All on all, a quite nice experience
Parking is a bit of a proboem when coming here as there are a lot customers that comes here to send packages. They have separate areas for receiving and sending packages. I suggest you create an online request so it's faster when doing transactions when you get there.
1st time sending a shipment using daily overland malate and I must say, it was quite pleasant. 1st impression, accomodation is really warm. They will easily guide you on what you need to do from the 1st step until you get the waybill. They will weigh your parcel/shipment and give you the shipment form to fill out. Expect a bit of a crowd since it's in manila but nonetheless, the transaction lasted for only 15 mins even though the place is packed with customers. They even call out the numbers for each counter as if it's not flashed on the led screen. They also have an online booking apart from walk in customers. Just scan the barcode and follow the steps and your good to go.. KEEP IT UP!!! By the way, I send shipments using different cargo forwarders and bus shipping depending on the location of the buyer from Partas, to Victory, South Seas, DLTB, Capex and so on...So I know how it works and Daily Overland Malate service is pretty good.
The porters were alert to customers' needs and very accommodating. The boys also were having fun while working. It is nice to see them working that way. It lessens stress of people around them.
